Earhart), 318 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court, Kosciusko County, Indiana, his Complaint to Quiet Title to certain real estate situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: 030-707001-30 030-016-044 Lot 52 & N 1/3 Lot 61 OP Sidney Lot Number Fifty-two (52) and the North One-third (113) of Lot Number Sixty-one (61) in the Original Plat of the Town of Sidney, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 359, in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana, more commonly known as 110 North Main Street, Sidney, Indiana.
