The Town of Pierceton has developed an American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for Public Rights-of-Way in accordance with Federal Highway Administration requirements. The purpose of the Transition Plan is to prioritize ADA accessibility improvements for existing Public Rights-of-Way. As part of its Public Participation Process, the Town of Pierceton will offer time for Public Comment during a public hearing on Monday, October 11, 2021 at 6:30 pm. During this meeting the Transition Plan will be presented.
Written comments will be accepted through October 11, 2021 until the Town Council meeting at 6:30. The Draft Transition Plan will be available at the Pierceton Town Hall located at 105 W Walnut St., Pierceton, IN 46562.
