NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY Sealed bids will be taken for a 1997 Ford F-250 4x4 351 Cu. IN. owned by the Town of Milford. The truck has 30617 miles. Included Boss V-Blade 8 foot 2 inches and light bar. Bids will be accepted at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, Town Hall 121 S. Main Street, P.O. Box 300, Milford, IN 46542, until 5:00 p.m. local time on August 10, 2009. Bids will be opened at the regular Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. August 10, 2009, at Milford Town Hall. Said vehicle will be available, by appointment, for inspection by calling Milford Utilities Department at (574) 658-4614 during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The vehicle once sold shall be sold for cash at the time of sale and the purchaser shall remove said property from premises within 7 (seven ) days after the date of the sale. The vehicle shall be sold "as is" and the Town makes no expressed or implied warranties in regard to said vehicle and shall not be responsible for said vehicle in any manner after the sale thereof to any purchaser.
