NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS The Town of Milford, Kosciusko County, has filed a written request with the Department of Local Government Finance ("Department") pursuant to IC 6-1.1-17-16(i) to allow an increase above the previously adopted tax rate for its Motor Vehicle Highway ("MVH") Fund due to an error in the previous budget adoption. Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Milford, Kosciusko County, that the Town Council will conduct a meeting to adopt the correct 2012 MVH levy and rate, as well as the other previously advertised tax levies, tax rates, and budgets of the Town. The meeting will be held on February 13, at 7:00 pm, Town Hall. Town of Milford MVH Fund: Tax Rate: $0.2476 per $100 of assessed valuation. f7
