BREWER TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF CLAYPOOL, INDIANA YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition has been filed with the Town Council of Claypool, Indiana, by Elizabeth J. Brewer and Kenneth E. Brewer, requesting the vacation by ordinance of a part of an alley in Shipley's Addition to the Town of Claypool, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 27 in Shipley's Addition to the Town of Claypool; thence Easterly along the· South line of said Lot 27 a distance of 66 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 27; thence Southerly a distance of approximately 16 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 4 in Shipley's Addition to the Town of Claypool; thence Westerly along the North line of said Lot 4 to the Northwest corner of Lot 4; thence North approximately 16 feet to the point of beginning. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Town Council of Claypool, Indiana, has set the Petition for hearing at 7:00 p.m. on August 15, 2016, at the Town Hall, 104 West North Street, Claypool, IN 46510. Any person may appear and be heard upon the petition at the time, date and place above scheduled for hearing and/or may send written comments or response to the Clerk of the Town of Claypool at 104 West North Street, Claypool, IN 46510.
