An 11-month-old boy's death has been ruled accidental by the Allen County Coroner's office.
Caden Schinbeckler, 11 months, was found unresponsive by his mother's boyfriend, Bradley Alan Sroufe, who called police at 11:39 p.m. Thursday to their residence at 423 Sophie Lane, Warsaw.
Schinbeckler was airlifted to Lutheran Hospital, where he was pronounced dead Friday morning.
A pathologist at the Allen County Coroner's Office ruled the death accidental.
According to police, the investigation is still open per Child Protective Services laws.
Test results on the toddler will not be available for at least three weeks.
