SYRACUSE — Todd Lee Scelzo, 49, Syracuse, passed away at 5:42 p.m. Monday, Jan. 15, 2018, at his home.
He was born Aug. 21, 1968, in Goshen, to Darrell and Karen Wooten Scelzo.
He was a lifetime Goshen/Syracuse area resident and attended Goshen High School. He was a mechanic for Simmons Auto, Goshen, for several years.
He is survived by a son, Alex Scelzo, Millersburg; two grandchildren; his mother and stepfather, Karen and Ron Butler, Millersburg; a sister, Rhonda (Jeff) Wenger, Goshen; and grandparents, Lawrence and Mary Frazier, Millersburg
He was preceded in death by his father.
Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 25, at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Memorial services will follow at 7 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home, with Pastor Rob Nelson of Grace United Methodist Church, New Paris, officiating.
