TK Health Provides Healthcare Services In Kosciusko County

Posted

TK Health is now the healthcare services provider for the Kosciusko County Jail.
The partnership began earlier this month, making Kosciusko the company’s third partner county in Indiana, according to a provided news release from TK Health.
TK Health, an Oklahoma-based correctional healthcare company, partners with 143 jails in 14 states to provide medical care. The company began partnering with Indiana counties in 2024 and plans to expand further in the state.
CEO Flint Junod said TK Health officials are pleased to partner with Kosciusko County to provide medical and mental health services, including psychiatry services, at the jail.
“We are happy to work with Sheriff Jim Smith to provide healthcare services at the jail,” Junod said. “Every person in custody deserves timely, quality care, and that starts with a nurse on site every hour of the day and a clear path to a provider, psychiatry, and mental health support when they’re needed. We’re committed to being a dependable partner for the jail and for the Kosciusko County community for years to come.”
The 249-bed Kosciusko County Jail is in Warsaw. The sheriff's office website says it opened in 2003 after expanding the former facility.
