The Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation announced its employees have exceeded this year’s goal by donating $6,341 to the United Way of Kosciusko County. Donations also were earmarked for Fulton, Wabash and Miami Counties’ United Way agencies. The goal of the 2013 United Way drive was to meet or exceed donations of $5,500. The total donation of $6,341 establishes a new record high for the employees of the TVSC. Tippecanoe Valley United Way Drive Coordinator Scott Backus thanked the following businesses for their donations to the drive’s prize drawings: Jaretty’s Place, Country Lanes, the Elks Golf Course in Rochester; Java Jack’s, Cargill Animal Nutrition and Subway in Mentone; and The Boathouse, La Trojé, Bennigan’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, North Pointe Cinemas, Rozella Ford Golf Course and The Bowling Alley in Warsaw.
