AKRON – Students who reside outside the boundaries of the Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation may attend any of its schools – Tippecanoe Valley High School, Tippecanoe Valley Middle School, Mentone Elementary School or Akron Elementary School – without paying transfer tuition. This includes full-day kindergarten classes at Akron Elementary School and Mentone Elementary School. The cost of transfer tuition is waived for any non-resident student enrolled prior to the September Average Daily Membership count. Transfer tuition will also be waived for non-resident students that enroll after the September ADM count and whose parent/guardian signs an agreement based on the commitment the non-resident student will attend the entire following school year. A student transfer application may be obtained from the office of any Tippecanoe Valley school or from the Tippecanoe Valley Administration Office. Applications are to be submitted to the TVSC Administration Office prior to July 1. Questions pertaining to non-resident student transfers may be directed to Superintendent Brett R.
