NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING OF THE TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TIPPECANOE VALLEY SCHOOL CORPORATION; KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA CONCERNING THE PROPOSED TIPPECANOE VALLEY SCHOOL CORPORATION WIND POWER PROJECT The citizens of Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation; Kosciusko County, Indiana (the "School Corporation") are hereby notified, as set forth in Indiana Code §5-14-1.5 that the Technical Review Committee (the "TRC") of the school corporation will conduct a public meeting on Thursday, July 29, 2010 at 7:30 PM local time at the Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation Administration Office, located at 8343 South State Road 19, Akron, Indiana 46910 in conjunction with the Public Works Design-Build Delivery of the Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation Wind Power Project (the "Project"). The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Introduction of TRC Members 3. Confirm Agenda 4. Review the Public Works Design-Build Delivery process and the role of the Technical Review Committee 5. Review Project Schedule a. Confirm future TRC meeting dates, times and location. 6. Review Draft of Request for Qualification a. Establish Qualification Evaluation Criteria b. Approve Publication 7. Review Content of Request for Proposal 8. Other Business 9.
