NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF LEASE Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation ("Board" and "School Corporation", respectively) on April 11, 2011, executed on behalf of the School Corporation a lease in accordance with IC 20-47-3 ("Lease"), of a wind generation facility ("Project") between the Tippecanoe Valley 2011 School Building Corporation, an Indiana corporation ("Building Corporation") as Lessor, and the School Corporation, as Lessee.
