NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of a resolution of the Board of Directors of Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation and in accordance with Indiana Code 36-1-11-5, the Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation does hereby offer for sale the following described real estate situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit: Part of the Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation's property described in Doc. #2014120085 A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 32 North, Range 4 East, in Kosciusko County, Indiana more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast comer of Lot #1 in Tippecanoe Estates First Addition as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 99 in the Office of the Recorder in Kosciusko County, Indiana, being 0.2' South of a pinch pipe; thence Southwesterly, along the North line of said Lot #1, 40.69 feet along a curve to the right having a radius of 140.00 feet and a chord bearing South 81°41'36" West, 40.55 feet; thence North 89°58'47" West, along said North line, 85.00 feet; thence Southwesterly, along said North line, 39.28 feet along a curve to the left having a radius of 25.00 feet and a chord bearing South 45°00'37" West, 35.36 feet to a pinch pipe on the East right-of-way of Danner Drive; thence North 00°00'00" East (basis of bearings per Tippecanoe Estates), along said East right-of-way, 124.03 feet to a McCrea cap pin; thence North 89°21'01" East, 150.25 feet to a McCrea cap pin on the extension of the East line of said Lot #1; thence South 00°03'50" West, along said East line extended, 94.91 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.35 acres more or less.
