NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of a resolution of the Board of Directors of Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation and in accordance with Indiana Code 36-1-11-5, the Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation does hereby offer for sale the following described real estate situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit: Part of Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation's property described in Doc. #2014120085 A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 32 North, Range 4 East, in Kosciusko County, Indiana more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest comer of Lot #3 in Tippecanoe Estates First Addition as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 99 in the Office of the Recorder in Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence North 00°06'4" West (basis of bearings North and South on Danner Drive as platted), along the West line of said Lot #3 extended, 72.19 feet to a McCrea cap pin; thence North 89°21 '01" East, 140.00 feet to a McCrea cap pin at the Southwest comer of Valley Estates Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 93 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, also being the Northwest comer of Lot #12 in Valley Estates Subdivision 2nd Add. as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 116 in the Office of the Recorder in Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence South 00°06'04" East, along the West line of said Lot #12, 73.82 feet to the Northeast comer of said Lot #3; thence North 89°58'47" West, along the North line of said Lot #3, 140.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.24 acres more or less.
