NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF LEASE BETWEEN TIPPECANOE VALLEY SCHOOL CORPORATION AND TIPPECANOE VALLEY-AKRON SCHOOL BUILDING CORPORATION Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees of Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation, a lease between Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation and Tippecanoe Valley-Akron School Building Corporation was executed and entered into on November 9, 2015. The lease covers the site of a portion of the existing Akron Elementary School building and the real estate which additions to Akron Elementary School shall be constructed in Akron, Indiana. A copy of such lease is on file in the Administration Building of Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation, 8343 South State Road 19, Akron, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
