LEGAL NOTICE The Tippecanoe Township Board, Kosciusko County, will be accepting sealed bids for maintaining/mowing of the Tippecanoe Township owned cemeteries. Bids will be opened April 12, 2011 at the Tippecanoe Township monthly board meeting that starts at 7:00 p.m. The cemeteries to be considered are the following: Shock Lake Cemetery located at 800 N east of Bart's Watersports store. The Oak Grove Cemetery located on the corner of Epworth Forest Rd and 975 E. The North Webster Cemetery located on St RD 13 in North Webster. The North Webster Cemetery MOCK Addition located on 850 E 1/4 mile south of 500 N. The bids will be based on an hourly rate plus MAXIMUM COST per mowing for each cemetery. The Tippecanoe Township Board has the right to accept or refuse any bids. Those awarded the contracts will need to supply the township trustee with a certificate of insurance upon signing the contract. The sealed bids can be mailed to Tippecanoe Township Trustee, PO BOX 144, North Webster, IN 46555 or dropped off at the Trustee's Office at 102 S. Morton St, North Webster.
