A Tippecanoe man was arrested Sunday night after he allegedly chased his wife’s vehicle in his own, eventually rear-ending her. David E. Burkett, 46, was charged with criminal recklessness with a vehicle, leaving the scene of a personal property accident and resisting law enforcement. According to a Warsaw Police Department incident report, Burkett began chasing his wife’s vehicle in his own vehicle after a domestic dispute. As his wife slowed at the intersection of East CR 200N and US 30 in Warsaw, Burkett struck her vehicle from behind. A passenger in his wife’s vehicle reported the incident to police and Burkett was taken into custody. He was booked in Kosciusko County Jail and bond was set at $500. No injuries were reported.
