Pursuant to IC 14-33-2-12, please be advised that a Petition has been filed in the Kosciusko Circuit Court for creation of the Tippecanoe Lakes Conservancy District. The sole purpose for creation of the conservancy district is to provide for the collection, treatment and disposal of sewage and other liquid waste pursuant to IC 14-33-1-1(a)(5). The conservancy district is proposed to be created in Tippecanoe Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana.
An initial hearing will be held by the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the Kosciusko Circuit Court room located in the Justice Building, 121 N Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana on March 29, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Any and all interested parties are encouraged to be in attendance.
