NORTH WEBSTER -ÊTips about alleged drug activity from concerned citizens led to the arrest of a North Webster man Monday afternoon.
Lynn Allen Umber, 51, of 41 EMS W14B Lane, North Webster, was arrested around 3:42 p.m. Monday on two counts of dealing a schedule II drug. His bond was set at $20,000.
Umber allegedly sold Oxycontin to an undercover operative on more than one occasion during the investigation.
The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force received tips about Umber's alleged drug activity, investigated the claims then obtained a search warrant that was executed Monday.
