ELKHART - Tina Marie Hernandez, 42, of Warsaw, died of natural causes at 11:46 a.m. July 3, 2010, in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka.

She was born June 21, 1968, in Waterbury, Conn., to Louis and Margie Vassak DelPivo, who survive in Colchester, Conn. On Nov. 24, 2007, she married Samuel Hernandez, who survives.

She was an executive assistant to the vice president of nursing at Goshen Hospital. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Warsaw.

Also surviving are a son, Kyle DelPivo, Moodus, Conn.; two brothers, Richard DelPivo, Meriden, Conn., and Robert DelPivo, Cedar Valley, Utah.; and a sister, Cindy DelPivo-Mellor, Moodus.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Warsaw, with Brother Loyd Stover officiating. Burial will be private. Cremation has taken place.

The Elkhart Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
