Fort Wayne - Tina Ann Chivelle, 38, of Fort Wayne, died May 3, 2007, at St. Joseph Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born in Goshen to Rex and Pat Westerman. She married Kevin Chivelle, who survives.
She worked in the claims department at Wal-Mart and assisted with several youth programs with the Salvation Army. She was a Girl Scout leader of Troop 696, and enjoyed camping and rollerskating, but loved spending time with her daughters.
Also surviving are three daughters: Tiffany Lawrence, North Webster, and Heather and Danielle, both at home; a stepdaughter, Shelly Chivelle, at home; her father, Rex Westerman, Marion; her mother, Pat Sutherland, Larwill; a brother, Rex Westerman Jr., Warsaw; and an aunt, Mary, Milford.
Services will be at 5 p.m. Sunday at the Salvation Army, 2910 N. Clinton, Fort Wayne.
