Timothy “Tim” Brown, 54, of Warsaw, passed away at 5:30 a.m. Jan. 22, 2013, in his residence. He was born Feb. 1, 1958, in Warsaw, to Max and Frances Clabaugh Brown. On Nov. 11, 2011, in Syracuse, he married Carmen Glick, who survives. A lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, he graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 1976. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1984-87. He owned B&B Repair, Warsaw, and loved racing sprint cars. Also surviving are a son, Scott Brown (and companion Liz Kirsop), Bloomington; a daughter, Kylee Brown (and companion Andrew Coughenour), Warsaw; a granddaughter, Kinleigh Brown, Warsaw; a sister, Janice (and spouse Richard) Hughes, Warsaw; three stepsons, Chad and Brock Puckett, both of Columbia City, and Taylor Cazier, Muncie; two nephews; and a niece. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Pamela Brown-Karst. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Terry Bradford and Van Gurley officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, with military honors by American Legion Post 49 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1126, Warsaw.
