Superior Court III
The following violations were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court III with Judge Joe V. Sutton presiding. Unless otherwise indicated, the conviction is for a Class D felony.
The following people also paid $134.50 in court costs during sentencing between July 1 and July 31:
Driving While Intoxicated -
• Sentenced to 60 days in jail, with 48 days suspended for probation, was Eric E. Bowman. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and his driver's license is suspended one year. As a term of his probation, he must undergo alcohol assessment.
• Sentenced to 18 months in jail, with 16 months suspended for probation, was Lynn A. Plummer. Included in her sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and her driver's license is suspended one year. As a term of her probation she must pay a $100 administrative fee, and $15 monthly probation user's fee and undergo alcohol assessment.
• Sentenced to 18 months in jail, with 16 months suspended for probation, was Anthony Enyeart. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $65.60 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and his driver's license suspended one year. As a term of his probation, he must pay a $100 administrative, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and undergo alcohol assessment.
• Sentenced to 24 months in jail, with 12 months suspended for probation, was Michael E. Scott. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $65.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and his driver's license suspended one year. As a term of his probation, he must pay a $100 administrative fee, a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and undergo alcohol assessment.
• Sentenced to 24 months in jail, with 12 months suspended for probation, was William L. Wetzel. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, a $100 administrative fee and his driver's license suspended one year. As a term of his probation, he must pay a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and undergo alcohol assessment.
• Sentenced to three years in jail with two years suspended for probation was Ronald J. Landrum. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $65.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, a $100 administrative fee and his driver's license is suspended two years. As a term of his probation, he must pay a $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and undergo alcohol assessment.
• Sentenced to 18 months in jail with 16 months suspended for probation was Charles J. Brown. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, a $100 administrative fee and his driver's license is suspended for one year. As a term of his probation, he must pay a $100 administrative, a $100 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and undergo alcohol assessment.
• Sentenced to 18 months in jail with 16 months suspended for probation was Terry L. Williams. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, a $100 administrative fee and his driver's license is suspended for one year. As a term of his probation, he must pay a $100 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and undergo alcohol assessment.
• Sentenced to 18 months in jail with 16 months suspended for probation was Kenneth Keene. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, a $100 administrative fee and his driver's license is suspended for one year. As a term of his probation, he must pay a $100 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and undergo alcohol assessment.
• Sentenced to two years in jail with one year suspended for probation was Angela R. Allen. Included in her sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, a $1000 administrative fee and her driver's license is suspended one year. As a term of her probation, she must pay a $100 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and undergo alcohol assessment.
Habitual Traffic Offender -
• Sentenced to one year in jail with 10 months suspended for probation was Paulette R. Krull. Included in her sentence are orders to pay a $65.50 fine, a $50 administrative, $50 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee and her driver's license is suspended one year. Probation is to begin immediately. She may serve the time on a home detention program approved by the court with no good time credit.
• Sentenced to one year in jail with nine months suspended for probation was Joshua Fitzpatrick. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $65.50 ine, a $50 administrative, $25 initial and $10 monthly probation user's fee and his driver's license is suspended one year.
Driving While Under The Influence Of A Controlled Substance -
• Sentenced to 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended for probation was Bryan J. Titus. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee, and his driver's license is suspended for 180 days. As a term of his probation, he must pay a $50 administrative, an initial $50 and a $15 monthly probation user's fee and undergo alcohol assessment.
Non Support Of A Dependent -
• Sentenced to three years in prison was Louis Davis. As a term of his probation he must pay a $100 administrative fee, a $100 initial and $15 monthly probation user's fee, pay $50 weekly toward arrearage, pay all current support obliations and maintain current employment status and current address.
