Driving While Adjudged A Habitual Traffic Violator - Sentenced from an October offense to 12 months in prison, of which 10 months were suspended for probation; fined $167.50; ordered to pay a $25 initial and $10 monthly user's fee; and driving privileges suspended one year was Michelle L.
