Marriage Licenses
The following couples have applied for marriage licenses in the office of Kosciusko County Clerk Sharon Christner:
• Michael R. Butler, 33, and Katherine M. Hendrickson, 36, both of Pixie Parkway, Syracuse.
• Kyle Joe Earley, 18, and Mary E. Zurakowski, 23, both of Pink Magnolia Drive, Warsaw.
• Robin W. Ebright, 46, and Margaret S. Ebright, 46, both of EMS B40D Lane, Leesburg.
• Dana L. FIsher, 36, Millersburg, and Elizabeth M. Irvine, 35, Union Street, Warsaw.
• Jeramy D. Girouard, 31, and Amanda Rena Hoyt, 27, both of Columbia Street, Warsaw.
• Robert A. Renier Jr., 53, and Lucinda A. Holloway, 40, both of CR 400W, Warsaw.
• Richard C. Rish, 51, and Corinnia L. Carney, 47, both of Swick Road, Claypool.

Superior Court III
The following violation were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court III with Judge Joe V. Sutton presiding. Unless otherwise indicated, the conviction is for a Class D felony.
The following people also paid $156.50 in court costs during sentencing:
Driving While Intoxicated -
• Sentenced to 18 months in jail with 16 months suspended for probation was Stephen B. Poe. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and his driver's license is suspended for one year. As a term of his probation, he must undergo alcohol assessment and pay a $100 administrative, $100 initial and $25 monthly probation user's fees.
• Sentenced to three years in jail with two years suspended for probation was Gilbert Lopez. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and his driver's license is suspended for one year. As a term of his probation, he must undergo alcohol assessment and pay a $100 administrative, $100 initial and $25 monthly probation user's fees. For the additional offense of being a habitual traffic violator, his driver's license is suspended for life and he will serve three years in jail with two years suspended for probation. The sentences will run concurrently.
• Sentenced to 36 months in jail with 18 months suspended for probation was Stephen E. Sanchez. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and his driver's license is suspended for one year. As a term of his probation, he must undergo alcohol assessment and pay a $100 administrative, $100 initial and $25 monthly probation user's fees. For the additional offense of being a habitual traffic offender, he was ordered to pay a $100 fine, and his driver's license is suspended for life. He was sentenced to 18 months in jail. The sentences will run concurrently.
• Sentenced to 24 months in jail with 12 months suspended for probation was Curt Clevenger. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and his driver's license is suspended for one year. As a term of his probation, he must undergo alcohol assessment and pay a $100 administrative, $100 initial and $25 monthly probation user's fees.
• Sentenced to 18 months in prison with 15 months suspended for probation was Steven Lucas. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and his driver's license is suspended for one year. As a term of his probation, he must undergo alcohol assessment and pay a $100 administrative, $100 initial and $25 monthly probation user's fees.
• Sentenced to 18 months in jail with 12 months suspended for probation was Travis E. McCleary. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and his driver's license is suspended for one year. As a term of his probation, he must undergo alcohol assessment and pay a $100 administrative, $100 initial and $25 monthly probation user's fees.
• Sentenced to 18 months in jail with 16 months suspended for probation was Audis Hollaway. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine, a $200 alcohol interdiction fee and his driver's license is suspended for one year. As a term of his probation, he must undergo alcohol assessment and pay a $100 administrative, $100 initial and $25 monthly probation user's fees.
Habitual Traffic Offender -
• Sentenced to one year in jail with nine months suspended for probation was Holly R. Neher. Included in her sentence are orders to pay a $50 fine. As part of her probation, she must pay a $100 administrative, $50 initial and $25 monthly probation users fees. Her driver's license was suspended 180 days and she must be hooked up to home detention with East Race.
• Sentenced to four years in jail with two years suspended for probation was Bud R. Phillips. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine. As part of his probation, he must pay a $100 administrative, $100 initial and $25 monthly probation users fees. His driver's license is suspended for life. For a second count of driving while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, he must pay a $100 fine and pay a $200 alcohol countermeasure fee.
• Sentenced to one year in jail with 10 months suspended for probation was Matthew Prater. Included in his sentence are orders to pay a $63.50 fine. As part of his probation, he must pay a $100 administrative, $100 initial and $25 monthly probation user's fees. His driver's license is suspended for 180 days.
Non Support Of A Dependent Child -
• Sentenced to 18 months in jail with 12 months suspended for probation, was Donald Barley. As a term of his probation, he must pay all current support obligations plus $100 per month toward arrearage. He must maintain full-time employment, submit to wage withholding and maintain current residential and employment information with the court. He was ordered to pay a $1 fine and $156 in court costs.
• Sentenced to four years in prison with three-and-a-half years suspended for probation was Michael Reisert. He was ordered to pay $156 court costs and a $1 fine. As part of his probation, he must pay a $100 administrative, $100 initial and $25 monthly probation user's fees. He also must pay all current child support obligations plus $100 per week toward the arrearage. He must maintain full-time employment, submit to wage withholding and maintain current residential and employment information with the court.
