Plaintiff seeks monetary judgment awarded by jury to compensate for losses incurred and injuries suffered in a Jan 31, 2003, fall on ice on the Lovell's property. • Wells Fargo Bank N.A. v. John and Noreen C. Fitzmartin. Plaintiff seeks $349,988.52 due on promissory note, plus interest, attorney fees, costs incurred, court costs and foreclosure of mortgage as prior to other liens, with sale of real estate to satisfy judgment. • Nicole and Billy Gibson v. Amanda J. Campbell. Plaintiff seeks monetary judgment awarded by jury to compensate for losses incurred and injuries suffered in a Jan. 31, 2004, auto accident.
