The Tigers seemed loose and relaxed as they prepped for Saturday night's matchup with North Central Wedensday afternoon.
The media was allowed some time to talk to the players and coaches.
For junior Jalen Roscoe he seemed just as excited to miss a day of school for Tuesday's shootaround at Conseco Fieldhouse.
"It was pretty cool," said Roscoe. "The court's a little bit longer so we'll have to adjust to that and make sure we're all in the right spots.
Seniors Andy Conrad and Justin Clemens both said they couldn't imagine a better way to end their high school careers.
"It doesn't get any better than this," said Conrad.
Coach Doug Ogle revealed to the Times-Union that Brock Anson and Jay Holladay are doing there best in scrimmages to play the roles of North Central guards Terone Johnson and D'Vauntes Smith-Rivera.
Johnson is headed to Purude next year while Smith-Rivera, a sophomore, is being recruited nationally.
More from Wednesday's media session will appear in the Times-Union both online and in print.
