DUNLAP - Warsaw dominated the singles positions in a 3-2 win over Concord Monday in Northern Lakes Conference tennis action.
The Tigers got wins from No. 1 singles Craig Harman, No. 2 singles Ryan Von Puffelen and No. 3 singles Matt Howard.
Concord won both doubles matches.
Warsaw also won the JV match 3-2 over the Minutemen.
The win set up a big NLC match between Warsaw and Goshen Wednesday. The Tigers are 4-1 in the NLC, while Goshen is undefeated.
Warsaw is 6-4 overall.

Valley Beats Argos
At Mentone, Valley moved closer to the .500 mark with a 15-8, 17-15 win over Argos Monday.
Valley is now 4-5.
Andria Parker led the Vikings with 13 kills, while Amy Nellans added two. Also, Deb Burch had 13 assists, Rhonda Doud 6 assists, and Emily Cripe 8 points and 2 aces.
Valley won the JV game, 15-3, 15-6.
Valley hosts Caston tonight.
Oak Hill Tops Whitko
At Converse, Oak Hill disposed of Whitko, 15-3, 11-15, 15-11 in a Three Rivers Conference matchup Monday.
The Wildcats were led by Brianne Starkweather with six kills, Shana Miner with five kills and a block; Brigitte Goble with four kills and 11 digs, and Amber Landis with 1 kill and 18 digs.
Whitko won the JV match, 15-10, 15-11 to notch its eighth straight win.
Tisha Rowland had 8 assists, Heidi Hull 7 kills, Stephanie Moore 6 kills, and Stephanie Warner 9 digs.
Whitko is at Canterbury Wednesday.

New Prairie Invitational
At New Carlisle, Warsaw and Manchester took part in the New Prairie Invitational Saturday with several strong teams from around the state.
The Warsaw girls finished 19th, while the boys were 12th.

At Huntington, Warsaw won its sixth straight game by beating Huntington North Monday.
Kady Clevenger scored her seventh goal of the season on a pass from Andrea Harrold. Late in the second half, Alyssa Bruner got her sixth goal after stealing the ball at midfield.
Jena Rooney stopped a penalty shot in the last five minutes to preserve the shut out.
Warsaw (6-1) hosts Mishawaka Marian Thursday.

At South Bend, the Tigers lost their second game of the season to the Indians Monday.
The game was a defensive battle with the Tigers being led by Jay Stahly and goalie Rudy Ramirez.
Warsaw travels to Goshen Thursday.

At Bourbon, Triton made a first-quarter touchdown hold up in a win over Glenn Monday.
Nathan Setser had eight carries for 16 yards, while Tad Hayes caught two passes for 22 yards.
