Emergency crews tend to an accident victim Thursday night in Pierceton as Bill Kelly, Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, investigates evidence. Christopher Winterrowd, 23, Dewart Lake, and Tracy Davis, 27, of Pierceton, are in serious but stable condition today in Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne, after the pickup in which they were riding hit a tree, flipped over a parked pickup, and rolled over at approximately 11:31 p.m. Driver of the pickup was Kevin Locke of Pierceton, who suffered broken ribs and was admitted to KCH. He faces charges of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. Davis and Winterrowd were transported to KCH; Davis was taken to Parkview by Samaritan Helicopter and Winterrowd was taken later by ambulance.
