Emergency personnel work to free the three people injured during a Sunday afternoon collision at the overpass on Ind. 15, at CR 700S, in Claypool.
Crews were called just before 4:30 p.m. Sunday to the overpass, where a sedan driven by Kenneth R. Bender, 79, of Oxford, Miss., had collided with another sedan driven by 43-year-old Paula E. Brewer, of Kalamazoo, Mich. Bender was examined for hip/upper leg pain; Brewer complained of abdomen/pelvis pain; and Pauline E. Brewer, 82, of Paw Paw, Mich., complained of chest pain.
Investigators estimated the collision tallied $10,000-$25,000 in damages.
