Three Escape Serious Injury

Penny Neff, 35, Goshen, failed to yield at the intersection of U.S 6 and CR 19. Her car collided with a car driven by Monica Cannon, 27, Syracuse.
Cannon; Raen Coplen, 10; and Alie Cannon, 9 months; all suffered minor injuries.
Neff was cited by police for failure to yield.
