Three people were arrested on charges relating to prostitution in Warsaw Thursday night.
According to the Warsaw Police Department and the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force, the arrests were made at VIP Office Spa, 3865 Lake City Highway, and The Comfort Zone, 600 E. Winona Avenue, both in Warsaw.
Hong Woo Soon, 42, a Korean national, was arrested at VIP Office Spa for prostitution, a Class A misdemeanor. Soon allegedly agreed to perform sex acts on an undercover police officer in exchange for money.
An employee of The Comfort Zone, Melanie M. Click, 26, of Center Street, Warsaw, also was charged with prostitution, a Class A misdemeanor. Click allegedly made an agreement with an undercover police officer to perform sex acts for money.
Around 10:01 p.m. Thursday, the Kosciusko Central Dispatch Center received a 911 call about a man trying to solicit a female for sex acts in exchange for cocaine at The Comfort Zone.
Oscar Labra Vejar, 30, of 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, was arrested at The Comfort Zone after he reportedly attempted to solicit sex acts for cocaine. He was arrested for possession of cocaine, a Class B felony, and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.
