James Thompson, Hoffman Lake, will celebrate his 80th birthday Sunday at an open house hosted by Lila Christner and his children from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Matchett Center, Bourbon. He was born June 26, 1934, and retired from RR Donnelley in 1995. They request no gifts, just birthday cards to celebrate his big day.
