ARGOS – Thomas “Tom” Edward Nolin, 69, of 204 W. Plum St., Argos, died at 10:30 p.m. March 20, 2016,  at his residence following a lengthy illness.
He was born Oct. 6, 1946, in Plymouth, to James E. and Bessie L. Ronk Nolin.
He lived most of his life in the Argos community. He was a truck driver.
He was a board member for the Marshall County Blueberry Festival and was a fireman and EMT in Argos with the Argos Fire Department for 46 years and the Argos EMS for 20 years.
He also was involved with the Indiana Tractor Pullers Association. He attended Argos High School.
Surviving are a daughter, Kellie Shei (and spouse Terry) Shei, Argos; two grandchildren, Alicia (and spouse Adam) Nunamaker and Patric Shei; a great- grandson, Hunter Thomas Nunamaker; three sisters: Malinda (and spouse John) Wakeland, Plymouth; Sandra Heyde (and friend Don Mort), Bremen; Tommie Jean Ripper, Sandwich, Ill.; and two brothers, Jim (and spouse Betty) Nolin, Argos, and Jerry (and spouse Jane) Nolin, Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew, Kenneth Clark.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Argos United Methodist Church, with the Revs. Robert E. Rice Jr. and Heather Foley officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos.
Calling is from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
