Thomas Stafford, 76, Warsaw, passed away at 2:35 p.m. Nov. 3, 2016, in Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. He was born July 20, 1940, to Herlin and Bonnie Risner Stafford He was a Cardinal Center worker. Survivors include two sisters, Shirley and Estelle. He was preceded by his parents, Herlin and Bonnie Stafford. Visitation will be Wednesday from noon until the 1 p.m. service at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw. Pastor Cindy Gackenheimer, of Celebration Church, Winona Lake, will officiate. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. ***** Memorials to the charity of the donor’s choosing or simple acts of kindness for others in Thomas’ memory.
