NORTH MANCHESTER — Thomas S. Williams, 68, Plymouth, formerly of North Manchester, died at 2:30 a.m. Dec. 1, 2017, in Good Shepherd Hospice, Sebring, Fla.
He was born March 11, 1949, in Decatur, Ill., to Elwood and Evelyn Wine Williams. His mother, Evelyn (Dean) Wilderman, survives in Decatur.
Local survivors include a daughter, Krista (Gary) Cagle, North Manchester.
A celebration of his life will be at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday at Congregational Christian Church, 310 N. Walnut St., North Manchester.
Calling is from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
