Editor, Times-Union: Disagree with Dear Abby’s (Jeanne Phillips) answer to lady from Texas in Wednesday Feb. 19 issue. Homosexuals are not born that way; they make a choice for that lifestyle. God does not make anything that is an abomination to Him. (Leviticus 18:22 (O.T.) definition abomination, abominable: something greatly disliked or abhorred; intense aversion or loathsome, very bad. In Leviticus 20:13 God says it is an abomination they would be put to death. In I Corinthians 6:9-10 and 11(NT) Jesus says the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God, neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers nor homosexuals nor sodomites. Make no mistake, God loves the individual, but the lifestyle he abhors. Turn from it, accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Know that you may enter his kingdom! Pat Caudill Silver Lake
