Theresa A. Whitcraft, 90, Winona Lake, passed away at 2:05 a.m. May 25, 2012, at Grace Village Health Care, Winona Lake. She was born March 26, 1922, in Garrett to Paul and Rosina “Rose” Muzzillo (DeRose). On June 17, 1944, in Garrett, she married Charles E. Whitcraft Sr., who died May 14, 2007. Formerly of Wabash, she retired to North Fort Myers, Fla., in 1987 and moved to Grace Village in June 2008. She enjoyed cooking, golfing and playing cards. She worked in the private and public schools as a cook in Wabash. Surviving are two children, Charles (and spouse Deborah) Whitcraft Jr., Warsaw, and Rosie Whitcraft, Arlington, Va.; grandchildren: Jon (and spouse Claudia) Whitcraft, Lebanon; Miranda Corl, Indianapolis; two great-grandsons, Dylan and Dominic; and two brothers, Norbert Muzzillo, Avilla, and Bernard Muzzillo, Winona Lake. A mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, officiated by Fr. Phil DeVolder.
