ALBANY - Thelma Jeannette Miller, 90, formerly of North Webster, died May 5, 2009, in Muncie Health & Rehabilitation Center.
She was born to Frank and Mary Alice Hiestand. She married Wayne L. Miller, who died in 1997.
She graduated from Muncie Central High School. She attended North Webster United Methodist Church and Northside Church of God, and was a member of DeSoto United Methodist Church, where she was involved with Women's Circle. She formerly was involved in Cub Scouts and a member of the Red Hat Group, Albany. She lived in North Webster from 1974-94.
Surviving are her children, Janet Kanedy and Ron (and spouse Jane) Miller, all of Albany; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Services will be at 3:30 p.m. today at Meacham Funeral Service, Albany. Burial will be in Black Cemetery.
Calling is two hours prior to the service today at the funeral home.
