The Omni Lash helps people feel better and more confident about themselves, and that brings the owner, Olivia Seif, a lot of joy.
“I offer permanent makeup and lash extensions. I kind of got into it and I found joy in just (helping) others save time in the morning getting ready and feel the best about themselves, whether they’re just waking up, getting out of the shower or just coming out of the gym,” she said in an interview Thursday before a ribbon-cutting with the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce.
“Sometimes I have moms that come in here that just want to feel good about themselves because they just had a baby. So, making people feel confident about themselves by the time they leave here is just exciting to me, as well as getting to share stories and knowing my clients on a personal level,” Seif stated.
The Omni Lash offers permanent brows, permanent lip stain, as well as lash extensions.
“So there’s different levels of lip tint, and there’s also different levels of permanent brows; and different styles and shapes of lash extensions, too,” she said. “So if anybody’s wanting something that is more on the natural side, I can definitely provide that. And somebody who is wanting something more on the noticeable side, I can definitely do that as well.”
Asked about the benefits of the services she provides, Seif said, “So if anybody has been trying to come back from the ’90s of just Pamela Anderson plucking their eyebrows too thin or waxing it and it just doesn’t grow back, I know that we’ve all struggled with making sure that our eyebrows look great, they’re the same shape, they’re the same size, they match. And it takes a lot of time every day, so anybody that is doing permanent brows or gets permanent brows will understand that they save themselves not only the time that it takes to be able to get them on well, but the stress, as well as just saving themselves time and they know that their brows are good.”
Her clients aren’t just women.
“Pretty soon I’ll be offering permanent eyeliner as well as hair pigment for men. So, what most men experience is - if they’re balding a little bit after day one or day two of shaving, they have the stubble that comes back, and then a lot of times the pigment from their hair versus the part where they might (have) a little less hair, you can tell the difference in pigment. So, what would be available is hairline dots or hairline pigment so it looks like you have hair there that’s the same shade of your natural hair, so when your hair grows out, it’s not as noticeable or noticeable at all,” Seif explained.
For appointments, Seif said her clients or new clients will usually call or text her to inquire or with questions. She can provide an in-person consultation as well if that’s needed.
“I do a lot of evenings and weekends, so for those who are probably working 9 to 5 and can’t really get in their schedule during their workday of getting any services done, I’m definitely here for that,” Seif said. “And then for those of us that have crazy schedules and probably want to take a breath or some ‘me time’ over the weekend, I’m open as well.”
