Terry Lee Creviston, 68, Fort Wayne, passed away at 6:17 p.m. May 9, 2015, at his residence. He was born April 9, 1947, in Warsaw, to Leo and Betty J. Ross Creviston. He was a 1965 graduate of Warsaw Community High School. He entered the U.S. Army Sept. 26, 1966, and served during the Vietnam War. He was honorably discharged Sept. 25, 1969. Surviving are his mother, Betty Creviston, Warsaw; a son, Sean (and spouse Deanna) Creviston, Goshen; two nieces, Cralissa Creviston, Fort Wayne, and Jazmyne Creviston, Goshen.
