Police took precautions Thursday after receiving a call of shots being fired near Koch Industries, off Durbin Street in Warsaw. Five shots were heard after police arrived on the scene. The suspects, pictured on the ground, were apparently target shooting into a pond and had allegedly been drinking. Both were booked into the county jail on charges of public intoxication. One suspect had a permit for the .38-caliber handgun that was used. Photo by Gary Nieter, Times-Union
