STANLEY LANCE STANLEY, Petitioner and RAVEN L. ELLIOT, Respondent CAUSE NO. 43D01-0910-JP527 This matter came before the Court on 18th May, 2012 on motion of Father, Lance Stanley. Service was directed to Mother at the last known address on file with the court and support office of the Clerk, but services was not had. Father was sworn. The Court FINDS that the parties' son, Chaz L. Stanley born April 18, 2000, has been in the care of Father since March 10, 2012, and that fore the needs of the child, Father should immediately have temporary custody of Chaz J. Stanley. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Father, Lance Stanley, shall have temporary custody of Chaz J. Stanley, born April 18, 2000. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Father's obligation to pay support is terminated effective April 23, 2012. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that further hearing herein shall be held on July 20, 2012 at 8:30 am.
