Two teens were injured in a two-vehicle accident Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Logan Street and Dugout Drive near Warsaw Community High School.
Seth Allen, 16, of Country Club Drive, Warsaw, and a passenger in his car, Rachel Laughlin, 17, of Sycamore Hill Lane, Silver Lake, suffered injuries in the collision, which occurred around 2:58 p.m. Thursday.
Allen suffered head injuries and was airlifted to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne where he was listed in good condition this morning.
Information about Laughlin's injuries and treatment was not released.
According to an accident report from the Warsaw Police Department, Katherine A. Dawson, 16, of Old Ditch Road, Warsaw, was traveling north on Logan Street when Allen pulled into her path from Dugout Drive. Allen was attempting to turn on to Logan Street to travel south.
Both vehicles came to rest in a wooded area off the road.
The accident remains under investigation by the Warsaw Police Department.
