A 15-year-old Warsaw boy is being held in the Henry County Youth Facility on two counts of rape after allegedly assaulting a 17-year-old Warsaw female.
Isaiah Loden Springer of 519 W. Winona Ave. is accused by the victim of raping her twice at her residence. One incident reportedly occurred about 4 a.m. Friday and the other about 2 a.m. Saturday.
The girl reportedly suffered multiple bruises from the incidents, as well as injuries to her face and arm from allegedly being battered by Springer on Sunday.
The Sunday incident occurred after friends of the girl confronted Springer regarding the alleged rape. The matter was reported to police at 5:25 a.m. Sunday.
