Work is to commence during October 2017 and should be completed by December 2021. The project is located on Technology Way and Innovation Boulevard, Town of Syracuse, Benton Township, Elkhart County, part of the NE quarter of Section 31, Township 35 North, Range 7 East. Receiving waters for this site is Turkey Creek, located south of the said property.
