YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 12th day of October, 2022, Don Horn filed a Verified Petition for Issuance of Tax Title Deed, and that Don Horn will make application for an order on the petition on the 18th day of November, 2022 at 8:30 a.m.
Any person owning or having an interest in the tract or real property may file a written objection to the petition with the Court not later than thirty (30) days after the date the petition was filed. If a written objection is timely filed, the Court shall conduct a hearing on the objection.
