Tammy Shepherd, a lifetime resident of Warsaw, passed away at 2:25 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2018, in Warsaw at Mason Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was 74 years old.

Born on May 30, 1944, in Warsaw, Tammy was the youngest of three sisters and the daughter of Willard and Audrey Dunnuck Nagler. She grew up in Warsaw and attended East Ward School. Later, she would spend more than 20 years with Zimmer as an outside processor, packaging Zimmer implants.

On May 18, 1977, Tammy was united in marriage to Addam Shepherd in Warsaw. Together the two would share more than 40 years before her passing. Addam survives in Warsaw.

Tammy was a member of Pierceton American Legion Auxillary Post 258 and loved animals, especially dogs. More than anything, Tammy was a devoted mother and faithful Christian.

For Tammy, every outing, event and daily activity was focused on her family, a list of whom includes husband Addam; son Fred (wife Mariana) Shepherd, Fairfax, Va.; daughter Susan Shepherd, Baltimore, Md.; grandson Sean Shepherd, Fairfax; and two sisters, Judi (husband Paul) Eiler, Hickory, N.C., and Sharon Huffman, North Webster.

Her passing was preceded by her parents.

Friends may join family for a time of visitation from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 7, at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw.

A service that celebrates her life will take place at 3 p.m. Presiding over the funeral is Bishop's Counselor, Jonathan Bitter; brother Art Haas will be conducting. Burial will take place in Warsaw’s Oakwood Cemetery.
