NORTH WEBSTER – Tammy L. Martin, 40, North Webster, passed away at 7:45 a.m. Aug. 23, 2015, at I.U. Goshen Hospital.
She was born Sept. 3, 1974, in Frankfort, Mich., to Kathleen “Pat” Weaver Turner. On Oct. 9, 2004, in Warsaw, she married Jonathan A. “Jon” Martin, who survives in North Webster.
She attended Triton High School, Bourbon, and graduated in 1993 from Wawasee High School, Syracuse. She lived most of her life in the Kosciusko County area. She received her associate’s degree in medical assisting from Ivy Tech, Warsaw, and South Bend. She was a homemaker and was formerly employed at Warsaw Community Schools and RR Donnelly in Warsaw. She was a member of Warsaw Community Church.
Also surviving are: four sons, Joshua Wright, Tyler, Coby and Bryson Martin, all of North Webster; her parents, Pat and Steve Haywood, Wawaka; a sister, Teresa (and spouse Kenny) Zinnel, Albion; and a brother, Dave (and spouse Bobbi) Turner, Warsaw.
Services will be at 5 p.m. Friday at Warsaw Community Church, 1855 S. County Farm Road, Warsaw, with pastors of the church officiating. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County in Warsaw.
Owen Family Funeral Home, North Webster, is in charge of arrangements.
