T. Valley Distinguished Alumni Dinner Set For Sept. 12

AKRON – Tippecanoe Valley will host the Tippecanoe Valley High School Distinguished Alumni Dinner at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 12 in the Tippecanoe Valley Middle School Commons to honor the TVHS Distinguished Alumni Class of 2013. The public is invited. The menu for the formal TVHS Distinguished Alumni Dinner features baked chicken breast, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, salad, dinner roll, cheese cake and drink. The cost is $12 per adult and $6 for students. Children 5 years of age and under eat free. Tickets may be purchased from any Tippecanoe Valley school or the Tippecanoe Valley Administration Office. Tickets should be purchased by no later than Aug. 30. Following the dinner, local radio personality Rita Price will conduct a personal interview with each inductee. The seven-member class of 2013 includes Orville Haney (’98), Chuck Howard (’88), Brandon Miller (’92), Ron Newlin (’76), Kenia (Ramirez) Rosas (’00), Dr. Marilyn (King) Kindig Stahl (’83) and Dr. Cameron Vanlaningham (’98).
